Screaming Mace, Fishbone Earring, Tae Ew Scale Helm

<DIV>Three questions. I'm a lvl 49 almost 50 guardian, and at the moment, I don't raid much. Mitigation 176... but the problem is that it's mastery level is 225. Fulginate has higher AC< but I lose the STA and STR; same with Ebon. What are my choices on this for an upgrade, aside from the crown of king tranix? I expect this to go grey at 50, and I won't have the crown finished by then. Screaming Mace: The agro reducer on the proc is pretty insignificant compared to hate you can generate with the extra power you get each proc. If you are struggling to keep your power up to taunt this is one of the best weapons in the game. Fishbone Earring: Still the best non-raid loot earring for a tank. Tae Ew Scale Helm: When tanking I prefer the higher mitigation helms, like ebon.. The 7sta and 8str arn't worth getting hit harder imo. <div></div>

As far as the Helmet, what do you guys think about the Ravengard Barbute?  It has real nice resists, but it is lower ac.  I think it's like 640 divine, 400 magic, and 80 to the rest, or something like that.  Is it better to stick with it for the big resists or change it out for a higher ac helm? <div></div>

Suggestions welcome.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV><BR> <HR> </BLOCKQUOTE> <P> </P> <P>Screaming Mace = Probably going to be hard to beat due to the proc.  If you can't get ahold of this, in the meantime you could do a fulginate or ebon imbued weapon so that you get the damage proc from them.</P> <P>Fishbone = Same boat here, hard to find anything that can replace those stats even if it is grey. I have seen in the item lists a <A href="http://eq2players.station.sony.com/en/item.vm?itemId=70468" target=_blank>Pristine Fashioned Star Ruby Earring</A> which has awesome stats(STA 10, WIS 11, INT 12, 43mana, 50health and nice resists),  however I have never seen one in game. Pulling up the list fromt he EQ2 players sight of all earrings with STA and a minimum skill over 200,  there are several that you may be able to find.</P> <P>Tae Ew Scale = Depending on what you are looking for, another alternative might be the Helm of the Nightwatcher.  You loose the STA which means HP obviously, but you get AGI +8, STR + 6, 25 mana, 27 health, +280 Divine, +280 Mental with 179 mitigation.  Not as good with HP/STA but decent stats.  I still think a Tae Ew Scale is probably your better bet if you are going to be MT due to HP, but getting a bump to avoidance is nice for everyday stuff..</P>
