Browncap mushroom stew is one of the types of food i use my guild provisioner gives me that. One reason i use potions is because im a lvl 50 alchmist and i have so many rare bottles i could make like 400 rare potitions now if i wanted to. Sigimons Absolution gives + 24 sta & str and Solvent of Life gives about 298 hp

<P>Not bad Drake, not bad at all, heh, I hit 11k on raids with conjurer,zerk,templer,defiler,troub....but we have defiler instead of mystic, didn't know there was such a huge difference there, but I would bet you have insane gear, master buffs and a decent amount of tricks up your sleeve, heh.  Potions and food help tons, I use the potion to give hp, soon will use the sta/str potions, but really no need too unless fighting froggy zone.</P> <P> </P> <P>Rocci</P>
