<DIV>Do your raids use them?  Is there any downside to using them?    Can a HO cause a AE (break mez) even if there was no AE used in the HO?</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I am just seeing what most people have their raids do.  To HO or not to HO?</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>(I see them as a benefit with no real downside, and possible nice benefits.   Others, perhaps look at the as a waste of time or even something detrimental.)</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>What do you think about HOs being used by all groups in raid situations?</DIV> <DIV> </DIV>

<DIV><FONT face=Verdana size=2><SPAN class=942503115-02062005>Ill use them to help maintain agro (I can complete a HO cycle pretty quickly by myself). A Nice HO combo for melee heavy groups and raids (if you have people that set up for it and know how to keep them going) is Scout starter>Fighter boot>Healer cup>scout flip, then have the scout or fighter hit the last attack of that three combo wheel. <SPAN class=942503115-02062005>I've done up and near 1k dam on that one closer.</SPAN></SPAN></FONT></DIV> <DIV><FONT face=Verdana size=2><SPAN class=942503115-02062005></SPAN></FONT> </DIV> <DIV><FONT face=Verdana size=2><SPAN class=942503115-02062005>For Balanced raid/groups another is Scout starter>Fighter cone>then either Lighting Int caster or Moon healer. Can get some pretty nice HO's going that direction too.</SPAN></FONT></DIV>

<DIV>Yeah, the best ones I have seen are where the scout starts it, I advance it with a taunt, a priest advances it with their moon icon, then when the mage advances it with the flame icon, sometimes we get the HO, Ancient Demise, which is all 4 classes, one of each has an icon on that HO and if you complete it in time, it does 3 hits...about 680, 590, 580. Real nice HO</DIV>

<DIV>My guild pushes HO's. Specifically two lines. The first is to get Luminary Fate up which is a 6 minutes group power regen buff that stacks with everything else. This line is:</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Scout Start > Healer Chalice > Mage Lightning > (combined timed HO)</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Do this one till you get Luminary fate up. Luminary fate is the semi-common so it shouldn't take long though it can be stubborn. Arcane Shackles is in this line also and it's a group mob melee slow that doesn't break mez.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>The second line we work on is the group heal line. This one like most other HO's can end up in one of 4 outcomes. The outcomes are a group regen, a group heal, a single target DD and a group almost full HP/Power heal. This line is:</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Scout Start > Fighter Boot > Healer Chalice > (combined timed HO)</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>These group heal HO's during an AOE fight can be amazingly helpful.</DIV>

We used to when  you could do a 2man ho every 15 seconds and heal the tank for 1500 and put a 2000 poitn ward on him <img src="/smilies/69934afc394145350659cd7add244ca9.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />  After it got nerfed, I don't personally mess with it.. we DO it in all 4 groups, but each group is on their own. In the MT group, the zerker usually tries to throw some up that finish with taunt so i can get some free hate... nice of him :p <div></div>

www.gnorrath.comThey can be nice, but you need to practice with them. There is a figher/mage one that helps with crushing resistance and is fairly common so you can count on getting it off.
