For the LOVE OF GOD! can the dev's PLEASE fix these spells

Ok, I have hit my official limit of retardation.   I seriously wonder sometimes if the developers are getting electro shock treatments while working on the code sometimes.....I don't expect that there is a HUGE upgrade betwen adept 1 and adept III, but things like this are ridiculous.  If you have to use a rare to make the spell it should be at least significantly better then adept 1's that you can get while soloing for 10 minutes.  I dont know what all the servers ecconomy's are but on BB an adept 1 will run somewere between a few silver and maybe 15gp for a really rare one.   T4 rares run AT LEAST 30gp for the rare alone.  If you are not going to bother making a significant upgrade between 1 and III, do us a favor and don't even waste our [expletive ninja'd by Faarbot] time by even writting the code to put this silly [expletive ninja'd by Faarbot] in the game. <img src="//i7.photobucket.com/albums/y262/tigereon/EQ2_000007.jpg"> <div></div>

In case you haven't heard, they're doing a complete revamp of the entire skill and spell system. Things like this will supposedly be few and far between once we get ahold of it.
