Dual shields?

hmm, i could see maybe dual bucklers... dual towers would be a bit odd looking tho. Maybe make towers 2-handed and increase their effectiveness to some multiplier higher then kite shields and then you might have something... fun idea <img src="/smilies/8a80c6485cd926be453217d59a84a888.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> <div></div>

lol, you would get bored so fast with a two handed shield your head would spin. All you would do is just sit for awhile and have no damage, and if you didnt have adept taunts, forget about holding arrgo with no dps.

How many people in the middle ages or in fantasy novels or what ever ran around killing people with 2 shields or one incredibly large shield in their hands seriously the idea just sounds silly gimme my sword or a big old 2 hander and ill be happy.

<P>SK lurker here, if you look at history they used the tortuse formation to advance on to archers and other "artillery".  Once they reached the enemy lines and the archers became less a threat, the switched formation and they pulled out these sharp things called swords (think the name was Gladiuas, but could be wrong), and stabbed the enemy in the guts.  You can't win a battle just using your shields, sorry, you have to have offensive capability too.  </P> <P>Blackoath</P>
