<P>I doubt there is one "right" answer to that one; rather, picking one or another trait will make you better at tanking specific foes.  Personally, I picked 3% additional crush resistance since many of the most devastating NPC combat arts seem to target that very resistance.  On the other hand, if you are facing a mob which is of the scout persuasion, you would perhaps have gained more from choosing pierce resistance, against some magically inclined enemies, magic resistance would serve you better, versus a priest, divine resistance would give you an edge, and so on.</P> <P>Khayne Darkmere<BR>Leader of Elysian Dawn<BR></P>

Hmm anyone know if the +2% to crushing resistance barbs can get as a racial trait stacks with the +3% trait available at 46? With the dynamic data code being broken in UI's now I wouldn't want to choose crushing and find out later they don't stack.....

I picked the crushing resistance at 44, so dont want to pick the same thing at 46 if they dont stack.

Outside of a dev posting anway (fat chance on that lol).</div>

There is a UI mod that allows you to see your piercing/slashing/crushing resists.  Don't remember the name of it, but if you look through the ones on www.eq2interface.com you will see it.  It appears to work - you can see them go up when you cast your buffs. <div></div>

Does this work recently? I was under the impression that the dynamic data code was broken by SoE. I have a spot on my UI for piercing/slashing/crushing resists but they stay locked at 0. Is it an interface peice or a full UI? Really really interested to get this working.
