Why do I stay in range attack

<DIV>Sometimes when I pull with arrows I seem to stay in range weapon mode. Although it will eventually switch, I lose  out because of "too far or too close" messages instead of hits. For yellow mobs I need every hit I can get.  Especialy when I solo. I'm level 32 guard. What am I doing wrong.</DIV>

I know that when I pull with my bow if I don't hit the melee attack button after I fire off that first arrow I'll get some of those messages when the mob gets close.  If you're hitting your melee attack button and it's not switching it could be due to lag.  I've had that happen as well.  I'll hit a button (or several) and nothing happens.  Then all at once all of the buttons I hit fire off.  It usually means I've run into a lag spike.  This could be what's happening to you.

I never hit melle button anymore due to this problem I ALWAYS hit A for autoattack i find this works better. <div></div>
