Is Bull Rush (app iv) brokeN?

<DIV>Hello, after the update, i lvled and received the skill Bull rush.  Well, i had the app4 on me and scribed it.  Then when i go to fight a mob, i click it and nothing happens.  I do this about 20 times to no avail.  so i decide to /bug it.  Has anyone else had this problem?  </DIV>

I believe that Bull Rush is one of our skills that requires a shield equipped to use.  If you look at the replies here, some of found it works with a shield, but not without a shield.  We get a few other shield attacks as well.
