Poor and raiding. Hitting epic mobs.

Ok, so I have crawled my way up to the point where I can start raiding a bit (by raiding I mean end game encounter type things). When I dinged 40, I went out and blew most of the money I'd be saving on a cedar shield, and ebon long sword. What little I've managed to make since then I've tried to pour into armor upgrades.  Have SBD, SSOY, Crook, PGT (of course), and when I finished sanctum of fear I perhaps unwisely choose Monsoon.  Still haven't gotten lucky with Screaming mace. So I have fairly good 1hs. 2hs, Dual Wield Slash, but my piercing and curshing weapons, well..... I did some looking around, but I'm trying to make sure that what I buy with my meager funds is a good investment.  That is where I could use some help.  If I want to buy basic, no frills piecing and crushing that are still able to hit 4x named, what is the lowest tier I can get? Fabled? Treasured? Has someone put together a table of what mobs are immune to what, as well as what the minimum tier to hit the mob is? I've tried to do some leg work, but no luck so far.   I all ready look like enough of a newb in the raiding arena, so thought maybe I could turn to you guys for help. Thanks!

If you want to find Bertox people, come to Mistmoore. Lol. Yes same Omani that was on bert, but I was never in Omani on Bert. I was in OSW back then. When I started on MM I joined a guild that was founded by Timgar from PR, but he sorta dropped out of the game. We have some Omani, some Phantom Raiders, I've meet a Dragon Council or 2, I got a tell from a Pontificate Luscious once, and the Jesters seem to be here on MM too. What a mess!

<DIV>Treedins skinning knife and SBD are both passable options for raid epics if your extremely strapped for cash. Get a 1h piercer (not sure on name) if you want better damage output. Pristine Imbued Cedar club will work for your 1hb.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Basically any quested item with a high mastery or a high mastery player made will work. Fabled items obviously will also work if their mastery is high enough. By high mastery i mean 240+, although 250-260 would definately be a goal to shoot for.</DIV>
