<DIV>A lot of melee classes have buffs that increase avoidance of target by x %; notice our spell "Allay". I was wondering how effective these spells are, and exactly what the hell our avoidance is considered as.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>These spells provide no discernable difference to our stats, and I really cannot accurately gauge a difference in fights, outside of setting up very specific controlled encounters and prasing them. The one thing that i really have noticed with these spells, especially with the monk class, is the "X blocks, and X parries for you" messages. As MT groups obviously can only have 6 slots, I was wondering exactly how valuable these spells are and if they merit a cemented spot in a MT group. </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> </DIV>

<P>The amount of avoidance we give you is based on us.  IE: We will avoid 39% of attacks against you.  That combat window you have that shows "monk parries" "monk blocks" is about all the info you are going to get on it.</P> <P>Even as a monk I would say it doesn't cement us in the MT group, only because other classes have HP buffs or stat buffs that are in general more worthwhile.</P> <P>My two cents.</P>
