Hand of the Just?

I've noticed that Guardians are supposed to gain Hand of the Just at level 20, is this correct?  I don't seem to have it, and never remember getting it when I hit 20.  I've checked my Knowledge base and have found all of my other discs/spells, but not Hand of the Just.  What am I missing? <div></div>

Hi, You need to buy it from the NPC trainer (a frogglock, you can't miss it) near the NQ zone in Elder Grove. <div></div>

Yea it's just the guardian's fluff spell.   I passed on buying it.
