Is Iron Will bugged for anyone else?

I cast it and note my stamina does increase, yet no hp increase or stat boost due to this change, It makes the number go up with no results for me. sucks cause i made it adept 3 already lol <div></div>

<DIV>The level 30 training skill Briteblade's Command also has a stamina bonus that's greater than Iron Will's and doesn't stack, which totally blows since the training skill is still bugged and doesn't give any defense. Are you using both of those?</DIV>
