T4 Adept 3?

Thanks, I was thining either Vengeful Strike or Smothering Cry...  With the upcomming changes to Defense and caps im leary of wasting resources on buffs. <div></div>

Does Vengeful Strike ever get upgraded?  I like/use it alot and it really seems to be the closest thing to "instant aggro grabber" we have?    I currently have AD1 of it. <div></div>
