It adds str when the buff fades, its not ever worth it to let it fade though, not only so you never lose the hp / def the buff provides but its also a great ae taunt.

Kind of a silly concept to have a buff that does an additional buff when it is done.  How long does the str buff last?  What is the purpose behind such an odd setup?<div></div>
