<DIV>Ok, so last night I dinged 42 (watch out 50, I see you) and I got yet another trait selection. After checking with a few people, I went with an option for a 2.5% increase in HP. I was given options for a 2.5% increase in HP, a 2.5% increase in power, a 5pt additional HP regen or a 5pt additional power regen as my options. My first instinct was to go with the power regen since I have always had a problem with power regen, but I am nearly done with the manastone quest so that killed that. Then I thought that since I solo a fair amount the HP regen would help, but I already chose Natural regeneration.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Did I do right? I figure that 2.5% HP increase isnt alot (213 pts right now) but it will add up later and hopefully applies to buffs. What are your thoughts?</DIV>

With that said you never can go wrong with more HP. =P </span><div></div>

When I am out of combat I really dont care what it is doing (I have never run out of hp or power out of combat except in tradeskilling).<BR></P>

Max HP is best for main tanks, and + power regen is best for about everyone else. <div></div>

I would agree that in the times you really need it, 2.5% max hp is better for a tank type class. Within 4 seconds your going to be taking alot of damage if you are tanking anything challenging, and 5 hp is spit in a barrel. A few hundred HP can do alot, most specifically if you are tanking epic type encounters - 200-300hp can be the difference between survivability and death. <div></div>

I just dinged 42 as well and took the 2.5% HP increase. The regens are out of combat so while they would be nice, they are not going to be a deciding factor in any major battle. <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I don't think the 2.5% gets applied to your buffed HP total, but am not positive. Regardless, because it is a % increase, it will continue to have meaning as I continue to level so that along makes it well worth it.</DIV><p>Message Edited by Arsenal on <span class=date_text>04-16-2005</span> <span class=time_text>09:00 PM</span>
