Tier two adepts

I got my hands on a silver last night, was going to craft myself an adept3 for Hold the Line or Taunting Blow.  However upon inspection of the recipes for the two skills, I discover the only difference between the adept 3 and app 3 version of these skills is that Taunting blow does a possible 1 point of extra damage. Can anybody that has these at adept levels confirm their actual stats for me please? Thank you. Correct me if I'm wrong but there is no upgrade for HTL but for TB is so I'd use silver for HTL... <div></div>

  There are upgrades for TB but it is on its own timer. I keep it on my hot bar, hardly use it, but it is there and adept 3.
