INT and avoidance

<DIV>Are these two related for guardians?  I was in a small group with a 42 guardian last night (dinged 39 btw, woots) and he was tanking.  I inspected him and his avoidance was like 54% even with decent equipment.   Mine hovers at about 61% unbuffed depending on what I have on (jboots for example).    The only major stat I could see different was his INT was 56 vs mine being 72, other then that, all of his stats were at or above mine.  Any ideas?  Is INT something to focus on if you want to increase avoidance?</DIV>

If a 16 point difference in int gave a 7% avoidance increase then I am all about int jewelry now, but I think there might have been other things you might have over looked.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>  Reason I say that is if I remove my bow with 6 int and 6 agi (since I have to wait to attune my cedar short bow till they add the imbue recipe next LU) I lose 0.4 avoidance.</DIV>
