Guardian Buffs & Hate

<DIV>Throwing this out there in regards to guardian buffs and how they may be used to increase hate in an encounter.  I haven't done any tests on this myself but wanted to know if specific buffs were better than others in generating hate (which ones, which levels?), and in terms of how MUCH hate they generate (does anyone have values?), is it sometimes better to slap on buffs during an encounter as opposed to using some of the more standard guardian taunts/shouts/hate attacks.  Any info on this topic would be appreciated!!!
