100 AC worth 2p?

I'm about to ding 40, and was always thinking that I would upgrade my current rare BP to a t5 (ebon) rare BP. But I was looking at a comparison between the normal and ebon one, and it's mostly 100AC and some resists. My question is, is this worth the 2p to buy the ebon? Back ground sketch: I normally play in a group with an assasin and an Inquisitor. And the three of us mostly do quests and explore zones (killing mobs for XP obviously). We're in a small family style guild, with not enough people for a long while to do any raids. <div></div>

yea youll see a good difference in upgrading.. try to get a luminous imbued in it too =) <div></div>

The further you get into any MMO the more you pay for small upgrades. Basically it's all relative. It's probably the best place you can spend that money, unless someone in your group is severely lacking in some equipment area. <div></div>
