Is this a Guardian Subclass Forum??

It used to be for guardians.  Now its a place for monks who want to tank raid mobs as well as guardians, have superior DPS,  have superior Utility, and want to be able to fill multiple group rolls. Sadly, guardians can only affectively perform one roll.  With proper gear and skill our dps can be decent, but people don't invite guardians to groups for dps.  If monks get  our tanking abilities guardians will be obsolete. On the goodside though, if this does happen we will have servers full of nothing but monks, so the real tank classes will have to be brought back into line. <div></div>

<P>Yeah, I'm all for some balance being brought it. Right now I either get hit by a mob or I don't. When I don't its a joke encounter. When I do, I better have a healer or someone else beating the mob down fast enough so it doesn't kill me.</P> <P>Monks can heal themselves, cast invisibility on themselves, and they can feign death. If they get equal tanking abilities and more DPS than a guardian, I'm going to start playing a monk instead.</P>

<P>Monks/Bruisers are WELCOME here by the dozen. Nobody is in competition with one another.</P> <P>This is the forum that Tanking issues should be discussed in since that's about all Guardians do. If I had a Druid, I'd be in the Cleric forum talking about heals.</P>

Lately I get more useful information about how to improve my Guardian from reading the Priest boards. =P This forum is mostly full of posts from clueless people that for some reason or another have been appointed or have appointed themselves all knowing masters of thier class.  They throw the term "balance" around when in fact they dont have a clue what it means. <div></div>

You have to remember this isn't Gage's fault.  He's really not a bad guy im sure. I think of him like I do a transexual.  You know, a woman born with a mans body.  They are womanlike in every way, except there genitals.  Gage is really a guardian who accidently clicked brawler when it was time for him to pick his class.  So he's essentially a guardian stuck in a monks body.  So you see, what Gage really needs is a sex change. <div></div>

Until forums are password protected, and you only recieve the password in-game when you choose your class, then I'm pretty sure that ANY class can create or respond to a post in ANY forum. Isn't it a little bit xenophobic (could use another word) to say that Guardian forum is only for guardians, and monks should stay in their own forum? <div></div>
