Desperate Flurry bug?

At app 1 it said increased my attack speed by 20 % now that i scribed app 4 it says 3 %. <div></div>

I've done some logging of my DPS under standardized conditions with Adept1 of Desperate Flurry on and off.  It's definately not 4%.  (24% *maybe*, but probably a tad higher)  This is just an error in the description of that level of the spell. <div></div>

It's been discussed before here. And it "is" 4%. /show_window HUD.Character Look for attackspeed. It tells you right there. <div></div>

Well, the values displayed in the spell description and in the HUD are probably linked, but damage logging shows it's much greater than 4%.  <shrug>  Either way it needs to be fixed. <div></div>
