Level 30 spell upgrade

<DIV>Should I upgrade shouting cry or taunting challenge at lvl 30? Wondering which spell will replaced sooner, so the upgrade won't go to waste. </DIV>

<P>  Seloxia's (Shouting cry upgrade) - I already had shouting cry adept 3, Seloxia's uses the same timer as all other AoE taunts (excluding taunting assault)</P> <P>  Slate's Invigorating Threat - Different timer...gonna say this again, ON ITS OWN TIMER. That alone makes it good enough for me. Will be on hotbar at 50 probably.</P> <P>   Thing is the shout upgrade vs adept 3 isn't significant, and raid mobs seem to be more single enoucnters for the moment. Plus, I would rather have an extra taunt, and do a little work cycling targets if needed, then to lose a taunt for a small AoE upgrade. <DIV>With regard to the /respec command. I tried using it and it gave me the message that I wasn't allowed respec at this time. Do I have to be certain level or certain place to use it?
