What does upgrading the ability do? Does it reduce the recast time or something?Honestly, I've never seen it 'fail'- every time I've used it (usually duoing), I just get snapped aggro instantaneously. It's very well named when it comes down to a trigger happy wizard lol.I've been interested in upgrading this but have a choice between AppIV and Adept3... with hopes the upgrade might reduce the recast delay. If it's simply more prone to succeed, I'll go the AppIV rate. Thanks!
