24 + Jewlery + helmet

Hi just made 24 so I now i can wear all my AQ stuff <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />Now i just need to replace all my jewlery as its been neglected and is all grey.I was just wondering if anyone knew what type of jewlery usually has strength, stamina or agility as the main attribute?Also i have the basic carbonite helmet thingy which has about 90AC but i was wondering if there is a quest anywhere for a decent one. Ive heard some people talk about a helmet quest but havent found any information to its starting location. Thankyou very much if you could help.

I am using pristine gold for jewelry and the Spindlecog Tinkerhelm for my hat.The helm Q starts in Baubleshire, in the Inn. You need the gnome language primer. The quest giver is a tinker just inside the Inn, on the right side as you walk in.Two easy soloable q's in thundering steppes, then one to kill tidal octopi in TS... take friends for that one, they're group mobs.Then head back to claim the helmet... it's great AC and nice stats (Int and Wis, unfortunately).
