20s I used mostly crafted, but I camped the overseer in steeps and picked up 2x palladium bands.

At lvl 23 I'm using mostly player crafted, but picked up a Moonstone Bangle off of a player merchant that is great as well. Along with the player crafted/AQ armor I have an unbuffed AC (with shield) of 1287 and resists mostly in the 280 range (Heat, Mental and Magic are 325+).

My server you can get a pristine item for every slot for 80s-1g per slot.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>After that you should start looking for quest upgrades for those slots.
