Guardian quests are pretty easy to follow - most of the instructions you'll find in your Journal.AQ1 thru AQ4 are done in Fallen Gate (Freeport alliance, don't know for Qeynos)AQ5 thru ... are mainly in Nektulos (Freeport alliance, don't know for Qeynos).I hope this helps a bit <img src="/smilies/8a80c6485cd926be453217d59a84a888.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />

<DIV>Freeport guardian quest:</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>-> talk to Nyric in EFP bowyer shop.</DIV> <DIV> part 1. kill dead guardians in ruins of valmar of commons then kill Anders Blackhammer (need group)</DIV> <DIV> part 2. kill stuff in Fallen Gate - hardest part is the Giant Wretches they hit hard at this level</DIV> <DIV> part 3. kill more stuff in Fallen Gate - not very hard</DIV> <DIV> part 4. kill stuff in Edgewater Drains - below serpent sewers. Hard to find a group so come with a group ready, shouldn't take long.</DIV> <DIV> part 5. Nektulos Forest - kill things</DIV> <DIV> part 6. Nektulos Forest - kill more things. Protectors are the small fairy guys that are up high in the trees by wisps. Get a scout to track them. This is frustrating because of aggro on wisps and rarity of protectors. The named guy is a pirate - continually kill all pirates in the big pirate camp on beach until he rushes at your group. He is relatively buff and will catch you off guard so be ready with a good group.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>congrats on full armor. =)</DIV>

There are at least 3 good quests worth completing in SH, so if you are willing to help others complete them (such as finding the relics), then make sure they are also willing ot help you complete your AQ3. The good thing is that even if you don't need to complete your AQ3 quest, there are plenty of good drops to be found fighting your way to those mobs.</DIV>

Well my group got owned by the crusaders (or it could have been the caviliers) a few nights ago. Even with my 1100 ac I was getting **mods 4 teh win!!1!** whipped and the healer was a bit shy. The 4 mobs were all lvl 24 and were doing specials on my for 360.Not easy!

That worked well. Try to get a nice high-level (24+) MT if possible (class doesn't matter as much as the level), that will keep the specials down to a minimum. Also, I firmly believe that once you go past the atrium, you better have 2 healers!

The caltoris knights are an easy kill - you just have to watch for the named wander'er as hes a bad mo fo and you wont be able to solo him or run (hes a caster from hell.

<DIV>the quest starts in qynos harbor if your run past docks and go over bridge and come to opening where all the armor merchants tents are looks left soon as ya enter opening the guy looks like a newbie no armor at all barefoot standing in front of a building directly to your right go to him and hail him at 20th </DIV>

<DIV>I'm a stickler for correct directions so let me have a wing at it. ... since there is a bridge both the the road to the right and to the left, saying "take the bridge" can send him off in the wrong direction. </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>   Enter Q Harbor and take the main street  to the left and pass over that bridge and keep going. Once you pass the large archway stop and look to your immediate right. There standing outside a building in rags next to a gaurd is Ian Cathlsan. He is who starts the quest.</DIV>

<DIV>Still trying to get to those caviliers and crusaders last night we tried to find spiral stairs with sword to go down but instead a pally that was asking us to join group fell down a well and it fell far allthe way to the bottom was all red and orange mobs  they was mean. Ill let ya all know when I finish this quest and what 4 is about <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></DIV>

<DIV>Yes the Cavaliers and Crusaders are down the spiral stairs.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I used this map at Gamergod.com to find them.  <A href="http://eq2.gamergod.com/images/stormhold.gif" target=_blank>http://eq2.gamergod.com/images/stormhold.gif</A></DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>The only mistake on the map was that the Crusaders didn't spawn in the room listed.  They spawned in the side room, next to the Handmaidens.  The spawn was either one ^^ or 3 standard crusaders.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>There are some nasty mobs in there.  So make sure you have a healer or two.  :smileywink:</DIV>

Finished AQ3 tonight with a group consisting of 1 23rd lvl paladin, 1 22nd lvl Templar, 1 22nd lvl preditor, 1 25th lvl preditor and 1 23rd lvl finger waggler. Most of the mobs were pretty easy so long as you are careful not to pull to much in one go. The best spot for cavalier spawns was in the chapel there is a passage on the right in the chapel that leads down some stairs we were finding regular spawns of 1 ^^ cav then a group of 2 white at 23rd cavs with a accolyte quite straight forward to beat. Bit of sleep then start AQ4 tomorrow. BTW Make sure you get the helmet quest from Tinker spindlecog in baubleshire bank (you will need the gnomish primer if you are not a gnome) the helm is very nice especially as you dont get one from the armor quests. It is relitivly easy part 1) Kill 10 Fledgeling antelope in Thundering steppes , Part 2) Kill 5 Griffawns in TS, Part 3) Kill 10 Tide octopus in TS. Takes about an hour with a good group.AQ4 - is in Crypt of betrayal within Vermin snyePart 1 kill 25 deathly scarabsPart 2 Kill 10 Forsaken ShrillersPart 3 Kill 15 Restless corpses.

<DIV>The only hard part in 5 are the feeders, find em in the river bed between the docks and Village, but most of em are from  Bridge keep to the village.  The rest of 5 is easy.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I solo'd the skels for 6 and found a group for the named giant and hunters.  head south from Tower 2 and turn left (east)at the griffs.  Up the small valley are the hunters. Return out of the valley and stay on the wall heading south and you run into giants, kill 1 or 2 to get to the valley, walk into the valley and the named spawns.  While your there hit the cent camp a bit more south, the Captain drops the Battlemasters shield.   </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Hope this helps</DIV>
