tower shield type or kite shield

currently holding a stormshield (blue)with (+2int, +6wis, +15health +14 power) shield factor: 224 should i buy a battlemasters tower shield (orange) with (+5 int, +3 wis, +16 health, +12power) shield factor:221.By comparing above, Stormshield still give better ac.Just wanna check those guardian here, what types of shield are u all holding. Will a Tower Shield better then a Kite Shield type?
