<DIV>There is one major issue, and only one major issue that is causing all of the class imbalance. The amount of aggro bloodlust generates. The solution is simple. Reduce the amount of hate that one spell generates. This is all I am asking. It is such a simple fix and would make bezerkers and guardians balanced.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Bezekers are supposed to be more of an offense class.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Guardians are supposed to be more of a defensive class.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I do not think either of them were meant to be so superior over the other when it comes to taunting. Do you guys really think a zerker not even trying to keep aggro, using bloodlust, is supposed to out taunt a guardian who is using every taunt in the book?</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Does anyone here honestly beleive that bloodlust was meant to be such a godly taunt as it is now ? I would be willing to bet you 100 gold peices that it wasn't.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Lower the rediculously high amount of aggro bloodlust produces and all will be fine. Why do so many people lack the intelligence to understand this simple concept?</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Let me finish with this gem I found from the zerker forums:</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV><A href="http://eqiiforums.station.sony.com/eq2/view_profile?user.id=2805" target=_blank><SPAN>Braxter</SPAN></A><BR><SPAN>Apprentice<BR>Posts: 16<BR>Registered: 11-09-2004<IMG height=8 alt="" src="http://eqiiforums.station.sony.com/i/p.gif" width=150 border=0><BR><A href="http://eqiiforums.station.sony.com/eq2/view_profile?user.id=2805" target=_blank><IMG alt="" src="http://eqiiforums.station.sony.com/eq2/i/icons/EQ2/human_male.gif" border=0></A><BR><IMG height=8 alt="" src="http://eqiiforums.station.sony.com/i/p.gif" width=150 border=0><BR> <P>Viewed 1920 times<BR></SPAN><BR></P><IMG height=1 alt="" src="http://eqiiforums.station.sony.com/i/p.gif" width=1 border=0><BR> <DIV>Seem like whenever I am in a group and am not the MT, after a few hits the mob always turns on me and starts hitting me and the MT cannot pull them off. Anyone know if mobs are just programmed to hate zerkers? or do they attack the person doing the most damage? Seems like this happens even if I dont have any zerker buffs up.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Anyone else notice this or do things just completely hate me for some reason.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Lorand</DIV></DIV> <P>Message Edited by God_of_Avalon on <SPAN class=date_text>12-08-2004</SPAN><SPAN class=time_text>06:57 PM</SPAN></P><p>Message Edited by God_of_Avalon on <span class=date_text>12-08-2004</span> <span class=time_text>06:57 PM</span>

<DIV>I would also like to add some side humour to this subject. Why is it that every person who says both classes are completely balanced will then go on to say "in my group yesterday I noticed I was able to tank WAY better then any other class."</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Is it not hypocritcal to in one sentense say that every class is equally balanced and then in another sentense to state that our tanking abilities far out reach any of the other fighter professions in the game?</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Each fighting class should be able to tank for a group. I think there is an unbalance if you see an ungodly diffrence between you and another fighting class when it comes to tanking.</DIV><p>Message Edited by God_of_Avalon on <span class=date_text>12-08-2004</span> <span class=time_text>06:56 PM</span>

<DIV>In those situations its likely to do with gear or player skill. So far i have found pally/zerker/guardian to all tank very well, you are right that zerker does seem to cause a bit too much aggro atm even when not wanted. Only issue atm is monk, but thats not surprising, it will take a lot of tweaking to allow an avoidance style class to tank reliably</DIV>

<DIV>Okay if you want to be so BLIND to the fact taht some people dont know how to play there class.....</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>how bout Wizards who nuke WHILE you are pulling or chain attack with specials...or AoE mobs taht you arent on...</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>or other morons who dont know how to play their class and are detrimental to the group.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>A stupid person playing zerker will be as much of a problem as stupid person playing a wizard or any other class taht can grab agro by being a [Removed for Content].</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>It is not the agro that Bloodlust generates taht is the problem...</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>The skill is BROKEN....it is suppose to have a "chance" to make us Berserk...right now that chance is 100$ of the time...we are in Berser mode 100% of the time while the skill is on....it is broken.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Berserk mode needs to pull agro....it appears berserk mode is our intended agro holding method...we ahve skills we must use to go berserk so being MT and going Berserk will be important in a situation that requires lots of agro genreation</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>If you are MT and plkaying with a zerk who is using bloodlust ..tell him to stop...if he doesnt, boot him..you wont be missing anything but debt by booting stupid people bfrom your groups.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>If you dont have an ego issue with Berserker MT'in and you guard ing him...that is the way to go...for now.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> </DIV><p>Message Edited by OverlordMLF on <span class=date_text>12-09-2004</span> <span class=time_text>10:30 AM</span>
