Tier2 Adept 3?

As a Guardian, if you could only choose one lvl 10-19 combat art to have an Adept 3 version off which would it be?

<DIV>I see it as a toss up between HTL and Soldiers Stance .. I still use both at 30th level..   HTL Adept 3 might help in the 25-30 Agro issues.. but I went with SS.. not much difference, but good enough for now.</DIV>

Yeah those were the two i was thinking off so i ended up going with SS.However, It doesnt raise my DEF skill any higher than the APP3 version did?Is there some sorta lvl cap on DEF skill? I also chose the +5 to DEF trait thingie at lvl 18.
