Skill management, hot bar set-ups? What works best for you folks?

I am getting a little concerned with how to manage all these different skills. Most of the higher level skills (if any) don't seem to be replacements for lower level skills, as you can increase all these with the adept 1,2,3, etc.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>With 50 or more skills, are we to have 5 or more hot bars set up on sceeen in the future?</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Now do you guys & gals manage this?</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Is this suppose to be like spell book/spell bar management in EQ1? <DIV>Well you can have as many hotbars as you want on theh screen at once. <BR><BR>My personal preference is 2. However last night I got 2 new abilities and ran out of space so Im up to 3 now =(<BR><BR>Everyone else I play with has 4 (I asked last night heh). Personally I think thats a little crazy... and dont like having more than 2, but I need them up to be able to do what the situation demands. I could probably cut down to 2 again if I dropped a few things that I dont use very often though... but Im sure in another level or 2 Id have 3 bars again so why fight it eh?</DIV>

<DIV>I use 4, myself. I have my buffs on one, my 'attacks' on another, my AE, taunts and stuns on the third, then miscellaneous on the fourth. Works out pretty good. I also play at 1600X1200 and that makes a big difference as to how many you have open.</DIV>

<DIV>I actually have 6 hot bars up.  Ya it's a lot, but there's a reason for the madness.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Bottom center of my screen i have 4.  Primary, Secondary, Tertiary and one more stacked.  These 4 carry battle buffs, and attacks, abiilties and macros.  To the left bottom corner I have battle spam window in small font.  To the right bottom is Group/Guild Chat in a larger font.  Along the left side in a vertical arrangement is emotes and a couple of menu buttons.  Right side again vertical are other buffs, COO (Gate), etc.  Top center is group bar.  Below that is buff bars.  Left top (left of group bar) is my Target Indicator.  Top right is my Quest JOurnal.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I keep almost all of the windows close to 0 opacity when not mouse over. Just enought to see the icons, but not the backgrounds. This keeps the view clear when I need it, but a quick flip of the mouse and I see what i need.</DIV>

I have 5 but my 5th is just obsolete abilities I rarely use in emergencies. I use my other 4 bars in every fight.
