I bought mine in North Qeynos from a skills trainer.It seriously sucks, it's not entertaining or even interesting. It doesn't even glow so much as smoke, looking like the smoke from an EQ1 torch. It's really not fun, not entertaining.However, they could fix it by adding a /moonwalk emote so that Guardians could at least impersonate Michael Jackson. Now that would be entertaining.

Frankly I found the effect downright embarrassing. It looked to me like I accidentally dropped a lit cigarette into my gauntlet cuff. After seeing the berserkers' flaming hand I felt like our "fun spell" was somewhat of a slap in the face.
