In Qeynos:A) Go to Eldarr Grove gate in North Qeynos. Walk toward the South Qeynos zone staying along the walls and such. Just after you pass the entrance to the Temple of Nife you will see a trainer standing near a tree. He sell the ability.B) Go to the North Qeynos gate in Eldarr Grove. Walk toward the Qeynos harbor zone. As you pass the corner of the old walls/ruins not far from the North Qeynos gate you will see an opening with three trainers that sell the ability along with all the other 20+ abilities for fighters and scouts.
