<div></div><div></div><div> <div>Tune into EQ2's-Day this Tuesday from 3-6pm Pacific for a fun filled adventure with your hosts <em>Akira </em>and <em>Dellmon</em>. This week we will have mixed topics instead of two or three main ones as we have scattered information this week. Our EoF Series topic will conist of a discussion about new spells that could be added with the new expansion and secondly what the 70/70/50 players will do once the new expansion releases. Our other "Bag of Content" consists of a discussion about tradeskill instances and wether or not they are meant to be taken out, the revamped guild raid instances, and upcoming changes with Game Update #27. Finally, we will discuss the upcoming Fan Faire and more details about where it will be held. </div> <div> </div> <div><font color="#cc00ff"><strong>Important Show Notice! </strong><font color="#ffffff">Do you have any topics that you think we should discuss on air? <P>For OG Gang ..</P> <P>In EQ1 you could never pull a Forge out of your "backpack". All Blacksmithing recipes had to be done at a Standing Forge. </P> <P>The only items that were allowed for portability were:</P> <UL> <LI>Toolbox (tinkering)</LI> <LI>Spit ("<STRONG>limited</STRONG>" cooking" - think camp fire foods)</LI> <LI>Medicine Bag (Alchemy)</LI> <LI>Collapsible Distillery ( "<STRONG>limited</STRONG>" brewing" )</LI> <LI>Sewing Kit (tailoring but several recipes required a standing loom)</LI> <LI>Jeweler's Kit</LI> <LI>Fletcher's Kit</LI></UL> <P>*sigh* I just can't figure out how to connect up to the your irc. I am IRC defunct <img src="/smilies/9d71f0541cff0a302a0309c5079e8dee.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></P>

Doh, I missed that for this show. We can mention it briefly with next weeks show though. <div></div>

<DIV>As hard as it is to believe - it would appear that I, The Dellmon, mis-spoke during this show - shocking! </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>As Kaisha suggests, there is no portable forge in EQ Live. But I did look at the EQ Traders website and it would appear though that you are able to make a Wedding Cake in a collapsable spit - which I would contend is more than just camp fire foods. And it was this - the point I was attempt to convey. </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>That even in a world of magic like Norrath that we still as players apply some level of real world logic to that imaginary place - and baking a wedding cake in spit that I can pop out of a backpack just doesn't seem logical...</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>But keep tuning in - you never know if (or when) you'll hear The Dellmon ever screw up again....</DIV> <DIV> </DIV>

Let the coconut absorb the lime juice for one hour. In large bowl, sift the flour. Mix in all other cake ingredients, including the lime zest and coconut. Beat until thoroughly combined. Use two Dutch ovens to make two 8" cake layers. Bake for 20 minutes.</P> <P>Icing<BR>2 lg limes juiced<BR>2-1/2 cups powdered sugar<BR>Use a citrus zester to remove the lime zest in long, thin, curly strips for garnish. With sharpest knife, remove all the white pith from limes, then carefully remove membranes from each segment, catching juice over bowl. Drop segments into the bowl, and squeeze all juice from pith. Sift the powdered sugar over the lime a little at a time, stirring it carefully so as not to break up the lime. When all sugar is incorporated, let the icing stand for 5 minutes. Put the first layer on cake stand, and frost the top only. Add second layer and frost just the top. Arrange zest curls over the top and refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm icing. The overall effect is something like the thrill of biting into a Margarita!</P> <P>Submitted by: Campfire Cafe Cookbook (TM)</P> <P> </P>
