Costume contest question

<p>Hello!  I have a quick question about the costume contest.  My son is almost 14 and he wants to participate in the costume contest.  Before we go through hassle of putting a costume together, will he be allowed to participate?  I haven't read anything about an age restriction but figured I'd ask.</p><p>Thank you so much!</p>

<p>From what I've seen, the answer would be yes.
