<P>There actually are some good-looking women who play mmorpgs, though I'm willing to bet the vast majority of entries will be from girls who are trying to break into the modeling business and could care less about computer games. It seems unlikely to me that there would be a huge amount of contestants though. It's not like other beauty pageants where a girl of any color skin, hair, eyes, etc can win. In this case the pageant events seem pointless, because it would simply come down to who looks the most like Antonia -- not who is the prettiest, most talented, most intelligent, and whatever else they typically base beauty pageants on!</P>

Ever heard of Marketing? Every game with a "PR type" character pretty much has someone to represent it at different gaming functions. Lara Croft is a well known on as well is Vampirella. Companies hire people who look like their flagship characters and they go to gaming conventions to represnt the game and the company. Ever see the RL Jeanette from Vampire Bloodlines? Japanese gaming companies have people dressed up for their games and for their anime shows characters. Of course they should get someone to pair off Antonia as Lucan so both of the flagship characters would be represented. You should see the guy Vampire had dressed up as the main Nosferatu! <div></div>

<P>There are a few ladies that actually entered the contest that play eq/eq2.  Unfortunitly I fear the people that actually care about eq enough to vote for them are either to busy playing the game to check, or are 12 year old hormon driving horn dogs and will give anyone other than a supermodel a 1.  Its sad really some of the girls that dressed up are rather impressive. However, on my personal website www.tnoreen.com I did post one photo on my homepage that had been photoshopped (I added Antonia's staff to my photo) but that is the ONLY photoshopping that was done to the photo. The only reason I did that much was because I couldn't find anything that even remotely resembled Antonia's staff to use during the shoot, and I would have looked really rediculous with my arm out there holding nothing. I know that Carmella as well as few other's photos, really looked photoshopped to me and I too wondered why they were still posted but I guess they will wait for the interview process to sort all of that out. For anyone who doesn't believe me I can provide the entire group of shots that were done that day or send you a link to them, and it would take someone a LOT of wasted time to super impose every single one of them! If this was the case .. wouldn't EVERY picture you look at appear photoshopped?  And if so, how would you have a frame of reference to compare to a non-photoshopped image? Sounds to me that you just didn't expect to have her come on and defend herself, and now you're trying to scrape your way out of the barrel =) I hope thats not the case. As for Teresa, she should certainly be winning.  You can look at her website and see that, though she doesn't look exactly like her in all of her pictures, the resemblence is certainly there, especially when she fixed herself up in the outfit. I'm certainly hoping for the EQ2 player to win. I am sure the delay in posting the finalists in the contest is not caused by SOE. Being that there are a lot of requirements, like sending in a video etc., they are probably waiting to see who is going to get everything in to them. I was actually approached at FF by the person who was in charge of this contest to make the bikini's for the 5 finalist. (the reason being was I made my own Antonia Costume and they thought hmm we'll ask her) I just looked at her and gave her a look and then said "Only if I am in the top 5 finalist, then I will make them. SO unless you can stick me in the top 5 then I will make them!" well you ovibously know the answer from her wa sa flat out I can't do that. SO I said then I can't make them plus she was only going to pay me a few hundred bucks for these! Don't think so.</P> <P>They were originally going to have the Armor guys make the purple bikini tops for the 5 finalist, but then soon realized that would be money wasted. Since only one of them is winning, and not all of them. So they just picked to use the swim suit bikinis.<BR></P>

I will have to say there horrible pictures that they posted. it looks like amature pics not the professional ones that they should of done for the winner at the final judging. </P> <P>There is 2 of here in her street clothes standing beside the Antonia Bayle costume that was made specialy for SoE by the Renegade effects group. 2 of her standing pool side in her Purple bikini and with the cape and scepter.  I will say she has some similarities in the eyes, but those pics that they posted up on the Antonia site suck. </P> <P>Anyway Congrats to the winner anna, should of been TN, and also anna started the game around the same time as TN <img src="/smilies/69934afc394145350659cd7add244ca9.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> I read her interviwes with game cloud. </P> <P>anyway have a good peoples </P>
