View Full Version : How do I cancel my registration and request a refund?

<p>I hate to miss the Fan Faire, but due to a recent medical diagnosis, I am not going to be able to attend this year.  My brother-in-law and I have already registered for the Fan Faire.  What is the procedure for us to cancel and request refunds?</p><p>Thank you.</p>

Send a PM to one of the red names, FanFaireJen or Ash, and they'll sort you out. Your brother in law will probably have to send a confirmation PM via his account as well, assuming he registered under his station name and not just as a guest to you.

<p>You can send an email to <a href="mailto:[email protected]" target="_blank">[email protected]</a>.</p><p>Just explain that you need to cancel and why (no details or anything, of course!) and that you'd like your registration refunded, and they can hook you up.</p><p>Best wishes <img src="/station/images/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" /></p><p>**Fixified cause I was confused!  The email is correct now.</p>

I am not sure why the FF e-mail hasnt worked for you but  would be more than happy to help if I can.</p><p>Thanks</p>
