One of our FF goodies was (I believe) Beta access to Free Realms.Question is, do we need to sign up for the Beta as per your link, or are we already flagged?

Hello - Mods? Anyone?12 days isn't really good turnaround time. I know Thanksgiving got in the way, but a simeple answer would have sufficed...

The Free Realms beta hasn't started yet.Just the sign ups.We'll make sure you all know when it ramps up.

There is now an Existing Beta users button on the Free Realms home page, I assume that it means that the Friends and Family BETA has, or will shortly be starting, is there an estimete as to how long that will run befor the Fan Faire Invites go out?

My sons friend, whom has never had a SOE account, played any SOE subscription based game, only registered for Free Realms beta after I got back from Fan Faire last year and shared the info with my son who in turn told his friend about it. Yes, this friend has aparently gotten access.Thanks again SOE for your support of a 5+ year, multiple account paying subscriber!

What gives?</blockquote>You don't have access because open beta has not started yet. It isn't even confirmed that closed beta has started yet, although it is supposed to within the week or two.

For crying out loud people, they are building a WHOLE NEW WORLD!! Give them some time to work out the bugs. It will get here when it gets here and I am sure you won't miss your chance to Beta. Those poor SOE employees are working crazy hours at the expense of their friends and family to get this boat sailing...

So any word on this yet? I got my copy of Beckett's Massive Gamer and it mentions in an article about Free Realms that they're in "crunch time" now, yet I've still not gotten the Beta invite that was said to be coming for attending FF? Has anyone else gotten one yet?

I just heard the Podcast and it seems like we are going to get Closed Beta Invites....however Im not getting any emails. I did the whole email verification thing and I am even getting the email collection items in-game. The Ewok Love Day Heart thing and the Key to the City stuff. I dont want to miss my chance at Beta so let me know.

LoL friends that have quit eq2 and dont even have any desire to play free realms or any game got beta invites....guess the activation code will be in the welcome pack for the FF 2009 edition heh.

Gotta love how betas seem to be reserved from those that can either afford the money or time off to go or live close. It almost completely excludes those that cant afford to go, would have to travel too far or non-American residents.

Maybe ask him next time, why they refuse to advertise EQ2, resulting to seriously low server populations, when its a superior game to wow that has a larger user base
