Hi, was wondering if someone could look into seeing if my account could get tagged for attending FanFaire. I figure it probably had to do with being a Player of the Year and therefore not registering myself. Ashlanne or Zatozia could easily verify my presence there. Thanks!--Tnexus--Prexus Server

I have the same problem. Attended FF but have yet to recieve notification on getting the Cloak for EQ2.I got the Beta application and filled it out and sent back but no cloak.TuddaanBlackburrow Server
nobody has the cloak yet that I've heard so wouldn't be too concerned about that unless it shows up on other accounts and you still don't have it. Someone said it took close to two weeks last year to get that stuff to the attendees.

All weekend. I think the flags and stuff are coming, and will be added. They had to add our accounts special-like. Beau EDIT: The cloak for EQ2, by the way, should be coming out with the next GU..48 right? I read that on here somewhere?

I haven't recieved any goodies either for being at FF. My name isnt posted on attendance list either.

I too am wondering about not being tagged for any of the FF items. Nor am I or the 3 Guildies that were with me shown on the attedance list. Does this mean we have to go thru the tasks of petitioning to get us acknowleged? Or is it because we were walk-ins? According to the package info given to us at registration we still get the Discus of Orb and the LoN super bennie of the Bridle of the Wrulon Mount. If any further information is needed what so we have to provide?

SWG got tagged today.
I have a problem with one of my accounts not being tagged as well. I registered early myself but my girlfriend came in on Saturday right at the end of the day and did a walk in registration. Since she doesn't play we registered her under my second account but I haven't seen anything for that one but the original one has gotten the beta invitations and the EQ/EQII LON pack already. Are the walk in's taking a little longer or should I contact someone in customer service?
Nothing here yet either, no cloak, no beta invite nothing. My email is correct and Im listed as an attendee../sigh
I haven't been tagged either. I wasn't sure if I would be able to attend and was only able to make it on Saturday. I haven't recieved any e-mails on the beta applications or any other such thing though I know the cloak isn't due out for bit.
Just noticed it shows I'm supposed to get the cloak now on my account page though I still haven't recieved any emails about the beta stuff. I hope that means they are forthcoming!!! <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />

Glad i'm not the only one. They maybe sending out the beta invites in batches. I've been checking my email about 4 times a day since we got back. It would be nice for a SOE employee to say "Don't worry folk we are having technical difficulties" than nothing at all.

I've been flagged to get the cloak, but no emails yet for the beta invites.
I really hope we didn't get missed. I was really hoping to get into the beta for free realms. I know its not to that point yet but I thought I would have seen a registration e-mail by now since the paper said all the e-mails would be sent out within a week of fan faire.
My husband and I have also not received EQII Beta invite though many others have. We were told that it was taking time to flag accounts but we are flagged to receive the in-game rewards so that seems like an unlikely reason. We are assuming at this point that we have been hosed. I hope they prove us wrong but not holding our breath. We are also hoping this doesn't mean we'll get gyped on the Free Realms beta since we have kids who we really wanted to preview this for. No beta will probably mean no account there for us. We've got three accounts running now, tho of which are Station access, so I'm a little put out by being left out after being told we'd get the Beta invites. We didn't get EQ Beta invite either and we've got active EQ account as well. We are definitely feeling neglected.

I've gotten flagged for the in game goodies, but no beta yet. As a loyal customer since 2001, I'm feeling a bit hosed myself. I'm now hoping they at least remember to flag my account so I don't have to pay for those expansions, something else we were promised at fan faire. I really don't mind if they are being slow or backlogged, but the lack of communication is appalling. Even when I pm'd the board admin's, they were unable to give me any further info. This is one of the reason's so many people dislike SOE. I love thier games, but CS communication leaves a lot to be desired at times.
It's now September and I've gotten neither the in-game item nor any beta email. The promise was 5-7 business days after the Fan Faire.I was a walk-in registration, not preregistered.

Yeah, tell me about it. I have yet to have my account flagged for the betas also. I received my tag for the Ale stained cloak. And I just now found my email for the beta, in my verizon mail of all places. SOE didn't even have that email as my inbox for mail. Go fig. I'm really getting ticked about the whole "thanks for coming and now you get these goodies" and yet two weeks we have yet to receive our in game items and for, what I personally consider the best gift, the beta we still have attendees, including myself, still waiting on the EQII flag and I'm still wondering where my EQ beta invite is. <img src="http://forums.station.sony.com/station/images/smilies/0a4d7238daa496a758252d0a2b1a1384.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" width="15" height="15" />

<p>Has anyone even tried contacting an SOE official through PMs or email? You might be able to speed things up.</p><p>And, some of those people may have been away at Dragoncon.</p>

I to am getting to gfeel like we were hosed. We have not received anything from fan faire and neither of our accounts have been tagged. I have tried to find out what to do and no one seemd to know. This is getting to be very frustrating if you ask me....

You have to enroll first before your account gets tagged to allow for Beta. (At least in EQ1)

I still only have one of my accounts flagged. Got the cloak yesterday but was surprised it was one per account. Has anyone had any luck getting any answers for the ones not flagged? Best I can tell it was only the walk ins because two of my guildies who did not attend but did pay got their stuff, one even got the server discovery for the cloak and tapestry.

I have this problem and have been trying to get it resolved with no luck so far. I attended Fan Faire and never received any of the in-game items for it. I filed a petition and the GMs told me to email the FF address, which I did immediately. Waited several days for a response, then filed a second petition when one did not come. GMs told me to email the FF address again, which I did. The FF person sent a response that time, asking me for some specific information. I sent the information back the same day. A full week goes by after that and I don't hear anything else from the FF person. I sent one last email just to ask if I did something incorrectly or neglected to include necessary information. No response.What am I supposed to do? If it were just the in-game goodies, I'd probably just give up by now...but I really want to make sure my account is properly flagged to receive SoD when it comes out this month <img src="/smilies/9d71f0541cff0a302a0309c5079e8dee.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />

I got it straightened out with the LON card and cloak but now I am not getting either the EQ or EQ2 expansions showing up in my account listing and they are for my main.
