I also posted this in the EQ2 ON,YNSS forum, before I realized this one exists.Anyway, I'm having an issue that won't allow me to register for the Fan Faire at all. When I click the 'register' button, it comes up (eventually) with a page with the generic '
We are sorry. An unexpected error has occurred. Please try again later.' message.I've tried in Firefox, and the last two versions of IE, on two different computers, and always end up with that. Anyone else having the same problem, or know a fix perhaps? It's annoying >.<

Looks like a couple others have posted about this problem as well. If you check the other thread there is an email address for whom to contact for help registering, although it seems the other concerned player isn't able to get in touch with them quite yet. Hopefully they will fix it soon

I'm having a problem too. I been trying for the last 4 days and I keep getting the error message.

What's up with that?

Any other round about way to register? Can I do it from my station account page, and if so how?

I contacted sony themselfs they are now aware of the problem and are forwarding it to the Web dept. No ETA on a fix but till now they said to request a Registration through e-mail by contacting [email protected]

Till then good luck. The website can work randomly but I still have not gotten it to work after serveral attemps over several days.

See you all at the Fair.

Thanks for reporting this!It appears to be working now. I've been trying every couple days for a week or so.. Silly me for thinking it would have automatically have reported it to the developers or that someone seeing the complaints would raise the issue with them.off to register!

Apparently it's still having this problem occasionally .. I tried twice now and it hasn't worked either time.

Couldn't get it to work at all in Firefox, worked ok in IE.
