I'd name myself "the Everlost". I've tried attending the SOE FanFaire for the last two times but never made it. I'm from germany and had the opportunity to be close to the event location for job reasons (being an IT specialist). Unfortunately we had some urgent server blackout that forced me to stay away from the FanFaire even while I pre-registered :-).Last year I was registering again in order to have a nice vacation in Vegas in combination with the FanFaire. I got contacted by quite some players from US servers (I play EQ2) that were happy to meet a german player because they once have been in germany for some reasons or because they are german themselves but moved to the states. Even the international customer service manager for EQ2 contacted me (greetings Ima :-) because apparently I would have been the only player from international servers.Between pre-registering (and even booking the flight) and the Fan Faire things got crazy at my job that made me quit and take a new job at the other end of germany that forced me to move my belongings from Bavaria to Northrhine-Westfalia. Once again I was unable to attend but Ima made it possible that some FanFaire goodies arrived just after the event right into the postbox of my new appartment.Since it is impossible for me to attend this year (luckily I know it in advance this time :-) I am planing for Fan Faire 09 together with my girlfriend who in the meantime also went the way of EQ2 and is now a lvl 80 mystic.So see you all in 2009 :-)
