Last year's, Fan Fair had 3 evening events, The Meet and Greet in the Voodoo lounge, The Pool Party, and Finally the Grand Banquite. The Banquite oviously served "Free" food, as did the Voodoo Lounge Meet and Greet, however the Pool Party did not. As such prior to the Meet and Greet I ate a meal beleaving that being that it's in a Bar that no food would be provided, however it was, so I went to the Pool Party and assumed that there would be food as a) most pool parties serve food and b) food was served the night befor. However, food was not served, so the first night I spent money on food when I did not have to and the second night I went hungery in order to not make the first night's mistake. Now that you know my issue, my sugjestion for solving it follows.

Please Note on the Final Offical Schedule(the one handed out at the Fair) all the events that will be serving food. You don't have to note wich won't be as it's can be assumed if your noting the events that are serving food, then those that don't have such notes won't be serving food.

So lets say your serving food at the meet and greet. Then in the Schedule you hand out at the fair have it say something like:

8pm Welcome Reception(food will be served)

While say no food would be available at the "off site event" say something like:

9pm Off site event.
