At past LV Fan Faires all of the early arrivals used to hang out in Quarks. Is there a place unofficial early arrival hang out spot in the Rio? I know there are several bars in the Rio but it is the one place I never really visited due it it being more off the strip. Any of the bars there cool places to hang out?
There is not much there that is friendly to under 21. The RIO itself is not known around here to be under 21 friendly. I got stopped one time walking around the casino to get to a resturant with my infant daughter and told to leave the casino. Mind you, he did not have a job after that, but you will still run into jerks like that there. Security there has been known to be "overzealous"

That sounds wonderful. Why the heck did they choose the Rio for fan faire? I would assume atleast half of us are under 21.

Probably a desire to get something different (they were at the Hilton what? 3-4 times?), and costs in general. And I doubt half of us are under 21; from the other Fan Faire I was at , and pics I've seen in general, SOE's games tend to trend to an older age group. (Heck, my guild's got 13-14 people coming and we're all mid20's+ AFAIK)

This bit you'll outgrow, you'll have lots of time to get some permanent bitterness when you're older.
