Hotel check in age.

I'm interested in going to the fan faire, and I know what I can and can't attend while I'm there, but the problem is getting a hotel. I'm 19 and a friend that is going to come with is 18, and we can't find a hotel that will let us check in. Rio is too expensive and the gold casino across the street is age 21 as well. I went to hotels.com and I searched through and they're all age 21 to check in. Anyone find any rooms that are inexpensive and I can check them in at age 19? Thanks.
