The Maddoc Fanclub - How do we get our discount/table?

The Maddoc Fanclub is a channel as well as a guild created during every beta for a regular group of Maddoc-loving people. The problem is that beta is not selectable as a server, but we do want to sign on as a guild. Several members have already signed up under the name of the guild on their particular servers. Do all members have to be on the same server to get the guild discount/table? Any suggestions on how to work this?

Here is the official word -- "I have no problem if they're on different servers.  They just need to all make sure to enter the correct guild name.  That is how we sort for the discount."
