We Need Information ASAP

As a person who is flying ~2,000 miles to attend this event and show my support for the Vanguard community, it is very important that I and others find out the information we need about this Fan Faire.  Every day air fare and hotel rates rise and it's doing a disservice to your community by delaying this even more.  We're now about 4 months away from the Fan Faire and all we know is the date of the Fan Faire.   If we have to wait longer I'm not sure if I'll be able to attend.  I need to plan a budget for this trip and if we can't get some more concrete details I won't be able to do that! The dates, location and hotel info have all been posted since it was announced as to when it would be.

<span style="font-family: comic sans ms,sand">What other information do you need? You already go the basic needed info needed. The hotel the Discount for the rooms and the dates of the event. What esel do you need? a discount fair for your 1st class travel?! not to sound all [Removed for Content] but seriously whatelse do you need you got the 2 important information for the event the dates, and the hotel and disount and the location. The schedule for the fair doesn't come out till a week before the actuall event.</span>

I want to atleast know whats going to happen at the Fan Faire.  I want to know if it's worth the time and effort and expense to get there.  I want to know more about Vanguard being there, as that's the game I play and support.  If there isn't going to be hardly any Vanguard stuff at all, why would I want to spend about a thousand dollars to go to it? That's what I need to know.  And more of it is just the lack of communication, they just announce it and say stay tuned.  They haven't really discussed what's going to go on at all. Maybe I'm just antsy because I'm an SOE Fan Faire noob and you guys don't need to know any more because you already have an idea of what will take place?  I'm not sure, but at this point I'm reluctant to spend so much money on something that I don't know much about.

I suggest going around and looking at the past fanfaire infos. There's a ton of things about that, including some at tentonhammer and other fansites. Anyhow, as one from across the pond, it's my first time, and I'm just going to enjoy it <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />

That has how it has always been, I can understand you wanting to know the schedule in advanced but its still far out till August to know this. They are still in negotiations trying to get vendors and the band and whatnot. Understand that trying to book certain folks and vendors take time to confirm. Thats marketing for you.</span>
