Being banned from PS with no explanation

Hi all anyone who knows me from Werner server ? I received an E-Mail today informing me that I had been banned for cheating ! I have played PS for 2 and a half years I am an NC CR5 on Werner and have my own outfit 5th Regiment, I have never ever cheated in my life, in fact I hate any form of cheating in a game or in real life, can anyone here help me , I live in England and I have no idea how to contact SoE to ask what I have supposed to have done . Any help would be gratefully received, I am an Army War veteran and disabled, Playing PS is the only fun I get ! Please help me guys . Cimo.

There have been ALLOT of people unjustly banned for 'cheating'. Programs like FRAPS, GameCam, and most often TeamSpeakOverlay can cause the game to think you are cheating. All of these programs are fine to use, and don't have you any 'advantage', and are accepted by everyone. Hopefully the devs can unban you. As a TR CR5 BR25 with 40K kills and 100K+ OP, I would be ticked off if they banned me for 'cheating'.  </p><p>Hopefully once you contact the support then can help you. </p>

The link you posted Zatozia takes me to the game list of forums etc ?`I am already on the forums as a station member ? Now I am really confused, I have been replying to the various E-Mails already from the support Tier2 support guys, they said I need to mail them as they can't discuss accounts via E-Mail ? I sent them my DXDiag report and my running processes, I have changed nothing in the PS folder only the normal game patches and updates, I always run the full scan utility as well after a patch. So I am still wondering what to do about all this ?

Ah , OK, I still don't quite know what else I can say in another E-Mail , I have already sent and received about 8 so far ? They just keep saying to write via " Snail Mail " as they can't discuss anything in E-Mails, yet you recommend exactly that, as you can imagine it is confusing to say the least.

If you dont get to play PS then go check out Battlefield 2142.  Download the Demo if you dont wat to buy the game.  It is far better than PS and no monthly fee.  You progress and earn upgraded weapons and kits like PS and the weapons are so superior there is no comparison.  Good luck with PS but you have an alternative.

After being allowed to play PS again in August, I was in Hospital for 3 months, I played for 2 hours and a few days later received yet another E-Mail stating my account had been banned yet again for Hacking ! What is going on ! do the powers that be at SoE seriously think I would be stupid enough to Hack my favourite game ? even if I had the knowledge necessary, I am 49 years old, I don't even know how to hack, my knowledge of PC's is limited in the extreme. I am a retired disabled Army veteran and playing PS is about the only fun I get. I have sent several E-Mails and a Letter , without any reply as yet, this is disgusting, I am innocent yet and being given absolutely no opportunity to prove my innocence. I have changed nothing on my PS folder and always run a full scan after patches as advised by your Techs. I have however a somewhat unusual Motherboard which according to the manual has dynamic load overclocking ? I asked them if that could be causing false reporting etc, still no answer. I feel very badly treated by SoE, after so long as a paying customer who has promoted your game to many friends over the last two and a half years, nearly three ! I would like an answer on this please !
