Yeah West Coast is probably next... As to where... No clue... But for an East Coast one I personally would love to have them come to Knoxville, TN... Yeah I know it wont ever happen but hey... I can pretend right and wish I didn't have such a long drive/flight to the next event

Knoxville....mmmm....great memories in Knoxville that is where I met hubby on our first date!! Knoxville has a nice Hyatt, sounds like a plan to me!! :smileyvery-happy: Or Charlotte or Orlando even would work.....west coast...errr...that maybe tough to pull off :smileysad: One of the staff told me she was going to push for San Diego next, they all live there and it would be cheaper to have it there. *sigh*

Seamy

I don't think they'll have the Fan Faire in San Diego; that would kill the SOE's road trip. =)

Canada = Cuban Cigars

Medievel Times rock!!!

me, actually if its to be west coastish, vegas would be cool though they've already done one there...lol im still for a camping trip though too lol..

I say Knoxville or Lexington, that way all of us gamers in this area would be able to attend. There are some very nice hotels in both cities.

Even though i'm on the east coast, i prefer vegas, as it's actually cheaper to fly out and stay in vegas than it is to drive down and stay in NYC or the like. About the only place that would save me money over Vegas would be if they had it in boston again.

While I thought that Atlanta was a very nice place for the Fan Faire, especially the hotel, we had to turn earlier that I liked. The Tabernacle kicked us out at midnight, and we had to wander the streets begging for beer. We finally found a pub right across the street from the hotel, but they kicked us out at 3am, which at least was better than midnight, but we still had partying in mind.

The reason the do the "west coast" fanfaires in Vegas is because from anywhere in the US it is usually cheaper to fly to vegas than any other point actually on the coast. I actually would perfer to have teh west coast one outside of vegas because the at the vegas ones there doesnt seem to have that groupness that the other ones have because there is so much other things to do in vegas so the sony stuff sometimes takes a back seat to the other activities.

I will most likely be where ever they have the next one.

Danellyn

http://danellyn.com

http://www/gwydhar.com

Definitly in New York City. Plenty of places to stay (VERY nice marriot marquis there also), several international airports. Plenty of taxi's. Plenty of things to do at night. If not NYC, maybe somewhere in New Jersey. Its about time the Fan Faire come to the biggest and best city in the USA.

Message Edited by AngelorAdarkins on 04-28-200611:54 AM

Message Edited by AngelorAdarkins on 04-28-200611:55 AM

I would enjoy another Las Vegas fan faire because even Canadians can fly thier cheap. Seattle would be AWESOME as well because i agree with the other peeps comments about hte "togetherness" of the event because of the absolute gong show that is vegas.

my 2cp
