Guild Upgrade Question

If we purchase the classic version, and it turns out 6 people show up from our guild, do we get an upgrade at the door?2nd, if we purchase the gold version, and it turns out 6 people people show up from our guild, do we get a refund at the door?Inquiring minds want to know...

BUT if you haev registered for the Gold Pass & you have 6+ show up then you get the refund tacted on to your SOE acct, aka free-months till you have the total refund. You wont get the cash in hand refund unfortunatly.

<P>Hello,</P> <P>Unfortunately, this year, the 6 or more Guild member benefit applies only to online registrations.  It proved to be logistically impossible last year to extend this to walk-in registrations (plus, there are unfortunately some dishonest people who falsely claimed they were in a certain guild, or suddenly "changed guilds" when they found out about the complimentary upgrades).  We need to do it online in order to have badges correctly printed, the proper amount of drink tickets ordered, etc.</P> <P>So, encourage your Guild mates to register on-line!</P> <P>Thanks.</P>

Yes.  The refunds will occur after Fan Faire is over.

Asked at Fan Faire what would happen was told I would be told after Fan Faire. Yet have not heard a word. I will say at this point the number of unanswered questions is growing and not getting mush if any response. Seems Sony is making sure everyone knows what went on there and promoting themselves at this point and have left us that actually WENT left with no information or closesure on any of the pending issues. At this point im waiting for a refund for having more than 6 register, an ingame item for attending, an ingame item for sitting for 4 hours in a bust egg event, and my Best Buy gift certificate that I won. Looking for some answers.......

The delay on refunds currently is due to the fact that not all of the charges have been processed.  It is my understanding though that this should be done soon.  We apologize for the delay folks.

<div></div>Still no info on how this will happen ? You got my payment upfront was told i would recieve a refund due to getting more than 6 from our guidl there. Why do you all make all these promises and have these great ideas if you have no intention or little intrest in following thru on them?
