I registered for the fan faire platinum pass. I need to change it to the gold pass. I have sent several e-mails but have not received any replies. Today is the last day of registration, and I am concerned that I will not be able to correct my registration if my e-mails continue to go unanswered. I sent another e-mail today to
[email protected], and am also posting here in hopes that this message is seen. PLEASE reply to me as soon as possible with the steps to correct my registration to the gold pass.

Thank you

You are registered, so any changes you need done shouldn't be a problem. It took me about a week or longer to get all the changes i wanted.

What is upsetting is that I have sent six e-mails over two weeks, and there has been no response. Not a "Yes, this is how to fix it", not a "Sorry, we have your money and you are out of luck", not even a "Thank you for contacting insert form letter here". I have checked the e-mail address several times,
[email protected], this is what has been posted as the contact mailbox for fan faire e-mails. I have been an SoE customer since i bought EQ1 in september of 1999, and I should be used to their customer service, but it does get wearisom after a while.

If I am out the money for the brunch, so be it, it is only $25. But I wish they would at the very least have the curtesy to say so. :smileysad:

As I said in another thread E3 has taken over the main spotlight for the last week both ingame and out so things like this will have to wait probably til Mon. 23.... thats just a guess though.

Hello. Sorry for the delayed response to some of your registration emails - not only was I away at E3, but then my mailbox got infected with a virus, preventing me from responding during the times I actually had to sit down!!! Anyway, things are back up and running, and I should be caught up with all inquiries this afternoon.

Also, we have extended the registration deadline to June 1st, in order to give people more time to make changes, etc. Since this is a new format this year, we're getting alot of requests and working out some kinks.

Thank you, I did finally get a reply today. They canceled my registration and I was able to reregister gold without any apparent problems. The dev brunch sounds like it might be fun, but all the schedules conflict with live quest except the first one, and thats a no-brainer choice.

Maybe next year the schedule people will set it up so it is possible to do both, or at least give us a chance to select which brunch we will be attending when we register. If I knew my seat was going to be in the first brunch, I would gladly pay the extra money. I would just hate to pay for the brunch, then not be able to actually go to it because I had the bad luck to draw a seat in a brunch that conflicts with the other events.
