Ninja Double Up Nerf?

<p>On Beta, Dispatch and Murderous Rake are not listed as skills that can be reapplied by Double Up. As these two skills have been in our Double Up chain since it existed, I'm guessing this is a bug.Either way, this deserves attention; either a fix or an explanation would be nice.Oh and Boot Dagger still isnt proc'ing Thug's Poison.</p>

<p>Both of these issues hopefully won't make it to Live, as they are clearly bugs. </p><p>Changing my Double Up rotation after 4 years of playing a class is just mean and awkward.</p>
